III. Structural Advantages
The furnace shell of the Leather Pigment Carbon Black Content Tester is made of thin steel plate through flanging, welding and drawing, and the inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining assembled from ceramic fiber materials. The helical heating element is inserted through the inner furnace lining. The furnace is a sealed structure, and there is an air insulation layer between the inner furnace lining and the furnace shell.
The combustion tube can be directly inserted into or removed from the inner furnace. The high-temperature-resistant silicone plug is equipped with a quartz glass gas inlet tube. Gas is added according to the standard through the three-way directional valve on the control panel and the gas flow meter. This equipment adopts an integrated structure. After the user purchases it, they can directly connect the power supply to start furnace drying.
IV. Installation and Use
1. No special installation is required; it can be placed on a flat indoor floor or workbench (stand). For safe operation, the electric furnace and its shell must be reliably grounded.
2. The back of the electric furnace is equipped with gas inlet and outlet devices, through which nitrogen, air or mixed gas can be introduced. The connecting pipes and three-way valves must be connected; the gas cylinder must be at least 4 meters away from the furnace, and the gas cylinder must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve. The hose connecting the gas cylinder and the carbon black tester must be a pressure-resistant rubber hose.
3. When the furnace starts to heat up, open the main valve of the nitrogen or mixed gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the minimum pressure, and open the valve on the control panel of the carbon black tester (pay attention to the direction). Fill the combustion tube at a flow rate of 2L/min. After the experiment is completed, close the main valve of the gas cylinder, check that all wiring is correct, and then you can power on to heat up.
